As so many others in the 70s, I pierced my left ear using a sewing needle, ice and a basic stud. It hurt a bit and took a while to heal.
“PUNCTURING” IS NOT “PIERCING!!!
I decided to get some professional piercings in the late 90s; I researched piercing and talked to many different piercers in Maine from Portland to Bangor. I had many questions to ask. "The Piercing Experience" was neither the least nor the most expensive, but Ron and Kat were so knowledgeable that I felt very comfortable with them immediately. It was a great choice. I wound up spending a lot of time with them. Some months had passed when they asked if I would apprentice under them, then come to work for them. I got my Piercing License the next year! The rest, as they say, is HISTORY! I wouldn't change one thing! |
